Justin Meyer, J.D.


Adjunct Lecturer of Accounting

Mr. Meyer is an attorney with Stafford, Owens, Murnane, Kelleher, Miller, Meyer & Zedick, PLLC and serves as Corporation Counsel for the City of Plattsburgh. His legal practice focuses on municipal law, business and commercial matters, labor and employment law, real estate, and civil litigation. Drawing on experience in both private practice and public service, he advises municipalities, businesses, and individuals on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues.

As an adjunct lecturer in the School of Business and Economics, Mr. Meyer draws on his professional experience to emphasize the practical application of legal principles to business operations, contracts, risk management, ethics, and the legal issues encountered by today’s business professionals.
