First-Year Students

You Belong Here and Deserve Success 

Opening Weekend Information; Jan. 25-26, 2020

New Students who are living in a Campus Residence Hall, can check-in at the Campus Housing and Community Living Office, beginning at 11a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020 to gain access to their Residence Hall Room. The office is located in Algonquin Hall, right next to Whiteface Hall, room A101, and is open Saturday, Jan. 25, and Sunday Jan. 26 2020 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Returning Students are welcome to move into their Residence Hall rooms beginning Saturday, Jan. 25, 2019 at 11 a.m. There is no need for returning students to check in with the Housing Office.

First Year On-Campus Housing

Wilson , Whiteface and Banks Halls are dedicated to first-year student success. We’ve specially selected and trained student staff, and Professional Community Directors to work with First Year Students here. Programming, floor and building activities are geared to support First Year students.
