Congratulations on your decision to attend SUNY Plattsburgh! We are excited to welcome you and we know that you and your family probably have many questions about your transition to college life. Follow the steps below to get prepared and register for your SUNY Plattsburgh orientation experience.
Summer 2022 Orientation
All new students — first year and transfer — are expected to attend the virtual orientation session on July 6 (or watch the recording of this session) and attend an in-person orientation session.

- EOP Students will attend the EOP Summer Institute.
- International Students: your mandatory orientation begins the week before classes begin.
