If you witness or feel that you are the target of a bias-related or discriminatory act, you may choose to report it on this form. A representative of the DIRECT Bias Response Team will contact you following receipt of your submission to offer the option to meet for resolution options and to coordinate supportive measures. You may contact the Title VI coordinator directly at [email protected].

Alternatively, you may also report anonymously through the SUNY Plattsburgh Silent Witness reporting form available through University Police. To document your experiences of sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence, stalking or sexual assault please use the Title IX Reporting Form.
