The forensic accounting minor will prepare students for the certified fraud examiner (CFE) certification exam and meet the growing demand for forensic accounting and fraud examination.

Students can pursue forensic accounting careers by working for local, state and federal levels of law enforcement agencies such as the FBI, other federal government organizations such as the CIA, NSA and IRS, as well as private firms such as insurance companies, public accounting firms and financial institutions.
