Business Intelligence (BI)
Business Intelligence (BI) is a reporting tool that allows account managers to view all transactions and details pertaining to their accounts. BI allows account managers to view their current and previous fiscal year budgets and expenditure activity including payroll. BI also allows account managers to view cash balances and revenue collected within their accounts. Account managers can also use BI to run and download reports to allow them to maintain and monitor the activity within the accounts
