New Career Development Grant Initiative for Faculty

During the Spring 2019 semester, the Career Development Center will provide grants which support faculty-driven activities directly involving students and their career planning and/or career readiness. This is a new initiative, which we hope will generate more career planning and career readiness activities for our students. Apply using the form below. Applications are due by January 11, 2019 and decisions will be made by January 18.

The Career Development Center has developed College to Career Plans to guide students in each academic year toward their career development. Feel free to utilize these items with your students.

Applied Learning Support

We also provide general applied learning support through the Applied Learning Grant program. This program helps offset costs associated with applied learning experiences including internships, research, conference presentations and more. Be sure to get more information on our Applied Learning Grant page

Additionally, we are launching an new initiative this spring called the Internship Shuttle, which will bring students to internship sites in and around Plattsburgh. This program will be launched free of charge to students. More information is available on our Internship Shuttle page
