Ms. Tobi Hay, director of the Career Development Center, earned a master’s in student
affairs from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s in political science and women’s
studies from Colgate University. Her experience includes career counseling, corporate
recruiting, academic advising and admissions.

Mr. Morgan Pellerin, assistant director of the Career Development Center, was raised
in the Adirondack mountains in upstate New York. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh
with a bachelor’s in history and anthropology. He returned to SUNY Plattsburgh and
graduated with a master’s in student affairs counseling. His experience includes residence
life, admissions and counseling.

Ms. Sally Urban, senior career counselor, was born and raised in central Wisconsin
(and yes, is a Packers fan). She holds a bachelor’s in communications from University
of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She obtained a master’s in college student personnel
from Indiana State University. She joined the Career Development Center at SUNY Plattsburgh
in the fall of 2000. Sally is an active member of the Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir
and Vice President of PAGE, Inc. (Program for African Growth through Education).

Ms. Dianne Delong is a lifelong resident of this area. She graduated from Clinton
Community College with an associate of applied science. She was a member of Phi Kappa
Theta Honor Society. Her experience includes working in a special education setting
and as a math tutor.
Peer Career Assistants (PCAs)
Our Peer Career Assistants (PCAs) are current undergraduate students. They are available
to help with resumes, cover letters, personal statements and to help you learn more
about all the other resources the Career Development Center provides. Stop in to our
drop-in hours to connect with our PCA staff.
