Scholarship Opportunities for Theatre Students

Alpha Psi Omega

APO is a theatre honor society with the purpose of providing acknowledgement to those demonstrating a high standard of accomplishment in theatre and scholarship. Through the expansion of APO among colleges and universities, it also provides a wider fellowship for those interested in theatre. As students qualify they will be rewarded through the ability to apply for membership in this society.

APO’s motto is, “Seek a life useful by the one and only road of service.” We fulfill this motto through departmental service and community outreach.

We are part of Region 3. Members of good standing in Alpha Psi Omega who transfer to another college or university with an Alpha Psi Omega chapter automatically are accepted into membership. Each year APO has a national meeting at the South Eastern Theatre Conference.

Any questions please contact the current faculty advisor, Erika Guay: [email protected].

APO has a yearly scholarship opportunity for current members: http://www.alphapsiomega.org/index.php/scholarship.
