Optional Review Panel

The Optional Review Panel is available to conduct an independent review when requested by an academic employee being evaluated in cycle A (first year of service), cycle B (second year of service), or cycle C (reappointment with two or more years of service). This review can be provided when an academic employee has a concern regarding a recommendation from the department’s peer review group, chair and/or dean.
