College Auxiliary Services owns and operates the beautiful Valcour Inn & Boathouse on behalf of SUNY Plattsburgh. This stunning property on Lake Champlain is the perfect backdrop for your next event.
Events
Valcour welcomes our SUNY Plattsburgh student community and offers three venue options for event space — the Inn, the Boathouse and the Lawn. The Inn can host around 100 guests, while the Boathouse can entertain around 200, depending on the type of event. Both spaces can provide for larger events with the addition of a tent on the Lawn.
- College-Sponsored Events — Host your year-end banquet or awards ceremony with us! College departments and organizations can use Valcour event space for free.
- Other Events: We host weddings, business gatherings, memorial services, baby showers and all types of events. We are proud to offer a 10% discount to current students, faculty, staff and alumni who choose to host their event at Valcour.

Lodging
Our bed-and-breakfast style lodging offers nine charming bedrooms. Three of the rooms have balcony access and gorgeous lake views. Continental breakfast is included in your stay.
