Dr. Mark M. Gultek is a Professor of Hospitality Management in the School of Business and Economics at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Plattsburgh. With over two decades of academic and industry experience, Dr. Gultek has built a reputation as an esteemed scholar and educator in the fields of tourism, hospitality marketing, and organizational management. His extensive teaching portfolio includes courses such as Human Resources Management, Principles of Management, Strategic Compensation, Revenue Management, International Hospitality, and Lodging Operations Management, reflecting his deep commitment to developing the next generation of leaders in the global hospitality industry.
