The Fraternity/Sorority Life Staff consists of a full-time professional director and several undergraduate student coordinators and interns.

Allison Swick-DuttineAllison Swick-Duttine, Director of Fraternity/Sorority Life 

Allison Swick-Duttine has worked at SUNY Plattsburgh since October 1998. She advises individual fraternities/sororities, two governance councils, and three honor societies. In addition, she coordinates values-driven programming and training, maintains organizational records and statistics, publicizes the work of the fraternity/sorority community, and provides additional support to organizations as needed. Allison is a former National Vice President for Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority and a former Board of Directors member for HazingPrevention.Org (Director Emeritus) and the Northeast Greek Leadership Association. She also has served two terms as the President of the SUNY Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Association and as the Editor for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Perspectives Magazine. She is the recipient of a SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in the Profession, a Sue Kraft Fussell Distinguished Service Award from the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors and was named a Anti-Hazing Hero by HazingPrevention.Org. She holds an M.A. in Student Affairs Counseling and a B.A. in Magazine Journalism from Marshall University. Allison can be contacted at [email protected].

 

Casey Dunleavy, Leadership Development Coordinator

As a Leadership Development Coordinator, Casey's duties include designing, facilitating and assessing leadership and values education programs, such as the Future Fraternal Leaders Seminar and the Fraternity/Sorority Leadership Series. She can be contacted at [email protected].

Matt Farley, Leadership Development Coordinator

As a Leadership Development Coordinator,Matt's duties include designing, facilitating and assessing leadership and values education programs, such as the Future Fraternal Leaders Seminar and the Fraternity/Sorority Leadership Series. He can be contacted at [email protected].

Kamille Dawkins, Fraternal Excellence Initiative Coordinator

Kamille's responsibilities  include providing education about the Fraternal Excellence Initiative to fraternity/sorority members and coordinating the Show Cases and "show cause" presentations. She can be contacted at [email protected]

Trinity Chia, Fraternal Excellence Initiative Coordinator

Trinity's responsibilities include providing education about the Fraternal Excellence Initiative to fraternity/sorority members, coordinating the monthly FEI reporting and data collection process, and chairing the FEI Committee which compiles monthly statistics submitted by each fraternity/sorority members. Miles Guzman, Membership Coordinator

Miles' duties include overseeing daily office operations and maintaining membership records for all organizations, including determining eligibility to join a fraternal organization. He can be contacted at [email protected].

Alyssa Koutellos, Events Coordinator

Alyssa's duties include approving and scheduling fraternity/sorority events, maintaining the fraternity/sorority life community calendar and overseeing the philanthropy reporting process. She can be contacted at [email protected]

Natalie LaRosa, Graduate Intern

Natalie is a student in the Student Affairs Counselor Education Program and assists the Director in supervising staff, advising governance councils and auxiliary organizations, developing/facilitating educational programming and coordinating assessment and evaluation initiatives. Carolyn Graber, Public Relations Intern

Carolyn coordinates the public relations and social media efforts for Fraternity and Sorority Life, where she assists organizations to increase their publicity at SUNY Plattsburgh, as well as promotes events and initiatives sponsored by Fraternity and Sorority Life.
