Undergraduate Students in Queensbury

Undergraduate students studying at the branch campus in Queensbury who do not have a “SUNY Plattsburgh at Queensbury” photo ID card should contact the SUNY Adirondack Student Activities Office in the Student Center at SUNY Adirondack to get their ID cards made.

Students will need a photo ID, their Plattsburgh class schedule and their Plattsburgh student ID number to obtain their ID Card.

Queensbury graduate students who would like to request a non-photo ID may use this form. Students at the main campus should obtain their ID via College Auxiliary Services.
