Lecturer of Social Work
Laura Winfield has spent much of her career focused on hospital-based social work supporting individuals and families through complicated and challenging situations. Laura loves working with students as they develop their professional identities and begin connecting what they learn in the classroom to real-world social work practice.
Laura is passionate about social work, education, advocacy and strengthening the communities we live in. She believes in challenging ourselves and trying things that may feel a little outside our comfort zone.
