Carlee Lincoln, M.S.W., LCSW

Temporary Lecturer of Social Work

I grew up in Elizabethtown and have lived in Plattsburgh for about 13 years. I started my journey working with people with intellectual disabilities and continued that work until 2019 when I transitioned to substance abuse counseling. Since then I have been a clinician in foster care and inpatient adult mental health.

Teaching is my passion and I have had the opportunity to be part of SUNY Plattsburgh for 2 years. Currently, in addition to my teaching, I own a PLLC for psychotherapy services and work for a company providing therapy to women during major life transitions. I enjoy nature and incorporating my environmental science background with my social work career to advocate for the cohesion of humans and their natural environment. In my spare time, I also volunteer for the North Country Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
