Dr. Jacob Martin
Adjunct Lecturer of Political Science
Dr. Martin joined the SUNY Plattsburgh Department of Political Science as an adjunct lecturer in fall 2026. Previously, he served as an adjunct lecturer at Stony Brook University and the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Martin earned his Ph.D. from Stony Brook University in 2024. His teaching and research interests include political behavior, political communication, and public policy. Aside from teaching, Dr. Martin works as a senior research associate for the Postsecondary National Policy Institute.
