Callback Request
The phone system will call you back when the busy extension you are calling is free.
- Listen for a busy signal.
- When “Callback?” is displayed, press OK
- Hang up the receiver.

Callback Request — Cancel
- Get dial tone and press # # 1
Or
- With the receiver down ( no dial tone)
- Press the CBK button
- Scroll left or right until you see “Delete?”
- Press OK

Call Logging
Allows you to see unanswered/missed calls, incoming call history, and outgoing call history.
(This features need to be activated on your line. Please contact our office if you wish to have this feature on your telephone.)
- With the receiver down and the phone idle, scroll left or right until you see “Call Log?”
- Press OK
- Scroll to the desired menu (Unanswered Calls?, Incoming Calls?, or Outgoing Calls?) and press OK
- Scroll through your list by hitting OK
You can access more menu options by pressing the left or right button to:
- Output? — Calls the number that is displayed (does not function with off campus calls)
- Next Call? — Scrolls to the call in your history
- Delete? — Deletes current call record
- Return? — Returns you to the main menu of the Call Log

Conference Call
Join up to 8 parties (including yourself) in one call.
- Establish the first connection
- Press the “<” or “>” until you see “Start conference?” Then press OK (or the checkmark).
- Dial the extension or telephone number you want to add.
- When called party answers, connect them to the conference by pressing OK (checkmark).
- To continue adding lines repeat steps one through three, this can be done up to seven times.

Forward
Temporarily redirect calls to another extension.
Calls cannot be forwarded to an off-campus number
- Press # 91
- Dial the extension you want your calls forwarded to.
- Press OK
To CANCEL:
- Press # # 91 and then hang up

Group Pick-Up
Answer a call that is ringing at another phone within your department.
This feature is only available for SUNY Plattsburgh departments.
- Press the “Pick-up Group” button TWICE or get dial tone and press **3

Hold
Place a caller on hold.
- Press the “HOLD” button
Or
- Scroll left or right until you see “Private hold?’
- Then press OK

To Reconnect
- Press the line key that’s blinking.

Last Number Redial
Redial the last number dialed.
- Get dial tone
- Scroll left or right until you see “Save number redial?”
- Then press OK

Repertory Dialing
Used for one-touch dialing for an extension, an outside number, an access code, or a combination of numbers and access codes.
(“Name” key is required on your telephone in order to use this feature)
- With the receiver down and the phone idle, scroll left or right until you see “Program/Service?”
- Press OK
- Select “Change Destinations?”
- Scroll to “Redial?”
- Press OK
- Press the “Name” key you would like to program.
- Enter the telephone number you want to assign to this button.
- Press ok at “Save?”
To use your Repertory Dial Button, just press the key that you had programmed.

Save Number Redial
Save a dialed number in memory so you can redial it later.
- While connected to the number, press the “SNR” button.
Or
- Scroll left or right until you see “Save number?”
- Then press OK
To redial saved number:
- Press the “SNR” button or get dial tone and scroll to “Saved number redial?”
- Then press OK.

Station Call Pick-Up
Answer a call that is ringing or on hold from another phone.
Must be in the same pick-up group
- Press the “Pick-up Group” button or get dial tone and press *3
- Enter the extension that’s ringing

Transfer
Transfer a call to another extension.
- Press the “CONS” or “TRNS” button. Or scroll left or right until you see “Start transfer?” Then press OK
- Dial the number you want to transfer the call to
- When the caller answers, let them know that you are transferring a call and hang up
To RECONNECT with 1st party if the line is busy or other party isn’t available:
- Scroll left or right until you see “Release and return?”
- Then press OK. Or press “CNCT” to toggle back and forth between the call

Hold
Place a caller on hold.
- Press FLASH*9
To reconnect:
- Press *9

Transfer
Transfer a call to another extension.
- Press Flash
- Dial the extension of desired party
- Hang up OR
- Stay on the line and announce caller to desired party. If they wish to speak to caller hang up. If they do not wish to talk with caller at that time they may hang up and you will get the caller back. At that time you may assist the caller by taking a message or transferring them to the voicemail of the desired party.

Conference Call
Join up to 8 parties in once conversation.
- Establish the first connection
- Press FLASH (places caller on a soft hold)
- Dial second number
- Press FLASH *4 (joins 1st and 2nd caller)
- Repeat steps 2 through 4 if additional parties are needed
- If the called number is busy, hang up to reconnect to the other callers in the conference call.

Station Call Pick-Up
Answer a call that is ringing or on hold from another phone.
This feature is only available for SUNY Plattsburgh departments.
- Press *3 plus the extension number
Answer a call that is ringing at another phone within your department.

- Dial the number

Redial the last number dialed.
