Campus-owned computer systems, assigned for use by college employees, are the property of the State University of New York, College at Plattsburgh business entity and are provided solely for use by their authorized employees in accordance with policies available for viewing on the campus website and in their Human Resources Services office.
- Campus computer privacy for employee machines is subject to SUNY Plattsburgh's Responsible Use of Technology Policy (See Appendix).
Criminal and civil penalties may be imposed for obtaining unauthorized access to this system or for causing intentional and unauthorized deletion, alteration, or insertion of data. Any information stored, processed, or transmitted by this computer may be monitored, used or disclosed by authorized personnel, including law enforcement.
