The Brian McCarthy Jazz Orchestra

What better way to emerge from the pandemic than with a celebration of what the Vermont artistic community has to offer. Saxophonist/composer Brian McCarthy directs the 17-piece jazz orchestra in a program that combines new works and stellar musicianship. Featuring trumpet icon Ray Vega, the orchestra will showcase Latin jazz originals and classic standards arranged by McCarthy and Vega. Join us as we celebrate the premiere of all new music with an all new jazz orchestra.

9 to 5 The Musical, with music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick, is based on the 1980 hit movie and set to an incredible soundtrack. Set in the late 1970s, this comedy about friendship and revenge in the “Rolodex Era” is funny, inspirational, and even a little romantic at times.
