SUNY Plattsburgh Promotions Announced
SUNY Plattsburgh has announced the following faculty promotions will take effect on Sept. 1:
Renee Bator (psychology), Elie Chrysostome (management, international business and information systems) and JoAnn Gleeson-Kreig (nursing) were promoted to full professor.
Karen Becker (music), Monica Ciobanu and Lauren Eastwood (sociology and criminal justice), Andrew Goerlitz (art), Kameliia Petrova (economics and finance), Robert Reams (mathematics) and Connie Shemo (history) are were all promoted to the rank of associate professor.
Elin O’Hara-Gonya was promoted from assistant to associate librarian.
Finally, Steven Maynard of expeditionary studies was promoted from instructor to assistant professor.
