Karen Becker and Friends Concert Saturday, Oct. 24
The SUNY Plattsburgh Department of Music presents the 10th annual Karen Becker and Friends Concert Saturday, Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. in the E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, Hawkins Hall.
Pianist and SUNY Plattsburgh Associate Professor of Music Karen Becker will perform with special guests Sonja Thompson on piano, Eric Grossman on violin and Lawrence Zoering on cello.
The concert will also feature returning Department of Music and Theater alumni Yana Avedyan, Christian Amato, Tyler Nye, Manami Hall, Steven Hebert and Zack Bissell. The concert is made possible by Alumni in the Classroom grants from the Plattsburgh College Foundation, SUNY Plattsburgh Music Department and the Student Association through the Campus Arts Council.
