Gospelfest 2017 Features Bella Voce Women's Chorus of Vermont
The Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir will host Gospelfest 2017 Saturday, April 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, Hawkins Hall.
The choir will perform contemporary and traditional Gospel music, Negro spirituals and inspiration ballads by Thomas Dorsey, Hall Johnson, William Dawson, James Cleveland, Richard Smallwood and Raymond Wise.
Guests include the Bella Voce Women’s Chorus of Vermont, directed by Dr. Dawn Willis, which will perform musical pieces ranging from classical to modern.
