Choral Fest 2004 April 21
PLATTSBURGH, NY __ The Music Department at the State University of New York College
at Plattsburgh presents the annual Choral Fest Concert on Wednesday, April 21 at 8
p.m. in the E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, Hawkins Hall.
This year's Choral Fest hosts the College Chorale from St. Michael's College, Colchester, Vt., under the direction of Nathaniel Lew. Three Plattsburgh State choral groups will also perform during the concert, including the College Chorale, directed by William Verity; Cardinal Singers, directed by Jo Ellen Miano; and Minor Adjustments, a student-directed a cappella group.
The evening of fine choral singing will conclude with all four choral groups coming together on stage to perform two popular arrangements - Moses Hogan's rousing spiritual Elijah Rock and the familiar Danny Boy .
Ticket, available at the Angell College Center Information Desk or at the door, are $8 for general admission,$5 for faculty/staff/seniors/non-Plattsburgh State students and $2 for Plattsburgh State students.
