Carrie Woodward earned a Master of Arts in liberal studies: administration and leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from SUNY Plattsburgh. Her experience includes graduate and undergraduate admissions, communications, marketing, media buying, volunteer management and legislative affairs.

Morgan Hicks earned a Master of Science in literacy education and a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from SUNY Plattsburgh. She also earned an advanced certificate in higher education administration from SUNY Stony Brook. Morgan’s professional experience includes graduate admissions and elementary and special education.

Michelle St. Onge earned a Master of Arts in college student personnel and a Master of Arts in guidance and counseling from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. As an undergraduate student she earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Vermont. Michelle’s professional experience includes international recruitment and admissions, nurturing global networking partners, writing and helping students achieve personal growth through lifelong learning.

Tami Bassett brings a strong background in office management, human resources and communications to her role in graduate admissions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Kaplan University. With a career grounded in organizational efficiency and people-centered service, Tami is dedicated to supporting graduate applicants throughout every stage of the admissions process and ensuring a positive, responsive experience for all prospective students.

Grace I. Racicot earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh and brings experience working with diverse populations through art therapy. She will begin SUNY Plattsburgh’s clinical mental health counseling program in fall 2025. As the graduate assistant in the Office of Graduate Admissions, Grace connects with prospective students by conducting appointments, delivering presentations, supporting recruitment events and responding to inquiries.
