Kylie joined the Office of Institutional Effectiveness in Spring 2023. Previously, Kylie worked as a faculty member teaching in the areas of analytics and entrepreneurship. She has a Ph.D. in measurement and statistics, an M.A. in educational leadership, and a B.S. in industrial and systems engineering. In addition to her work in institutional effectiveness, Kylie conducts research in the areas of social network analysis and organizational and team measurement.

Erin joined the staff in July 2013 and previously worked in SUNY Plattsburgh’s Office of Institutional Advancement for six years. She received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Rose and her master’s degree in administration and leadership from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Brandon Craft

Intern, Office of Institutional Effectiveness

Brandon joined OIE as an intern in spring 2024. He graduated high school from Schuylerville Central School District and is currently studying marketing and entrepreneurship here at SUNY Plattsburgh. Brandon assists in the creation of data visualizations and reports for the institution. He is also a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
