Kylie joined the Office of Institutional Effectiveness in Spring 2023. Previously, Kylie worked as a faculty member teaching in the areas of analytics and entrepreneurship. She has a Ph.D. in measurement and statistics, an M.A. in educational leadership, and a B.S. in industrial and systems engineering. In addition to her work in institutional effectiveness, Kylie conducts research in the areas of social network analysis and organizational and team measurement.

Erin joined the staff in July 2013 and previously worked in SUNY Plattsburgh’s Office of Institutional Advancement for six years. She received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Rose and her master’s degree in administration and leadership from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Levi Martinez

Levi joined the staff in October 2024 after having recently completed his master’s degree in data analytics from SUNY Plattsburgh, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in physics. He most recently was part of the SUNY Plattsburgh enterprise systems and solutions team, specializing in access control and surveillance management, and prior to that held various roles in the Educational Opportunity Program.

Miranda Van Ness

Intern, Office of Institutional Effectiveness

Miranda joined OIE in Fall 2025. She is from Albany, New York, and is currently in SUNY Plattsburgh’s data analytics master’s program. She graduated with a double major in business administration and marketing, as well as a minor in global supply chain management. Miranda served as president of the American Marketing Association this past academic year and is an alumnus of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority.
