Mandy Snay, MPH, RD, CDN
Adjunct Lecturer of Nutrition
Mandy is a public health leader with over 15 years of experience in community health strategy, nutrition, and chronic disease prevention. Currently serving as Director of Health Planning & Promotion at the Clinton County Health Department, Mandy leads a team of 15+ professionals in designing data-driven, outcomes-based public health initiatives. With a Master of Public Health from the University at Albany and a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, Mandy brings both academic insight and real-world expertise to the classroom. Mandy has had the honor of presenting her work at multiple state and national conferences on topics ranging from food insecurity to public health systems and has lead projects nationally recognized with best and promising practice awards. As an educator, Mandy is committed to bridging theory and practice to prepare the next generation of community nutrition professionals.
