Dedicated to providing comprehensive, campus-wide planning, construction, maintenance and improvement services to all campus facilities and grounds.
What We Do
The facilities department of SUNY Plattsburgh is located on Sanborn Avenue. The department is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of all existing college facilities. These facilities include 42 buildings containing 2,078,785 square feet situated on a 265 acre campus; 2.1 miles of roadways, 9 miles of sidewalks, 536,895 square feet of parking lots, 3 miles of trails and 20 acres of athletic fields.
