Please note: This plan is provided as a guideline. Students will still need to work
with advisers to fine-tune their schedule choices to accomplish their personal goals
in the program. It is the students who are ultimately responsible for registering,
tracking and managing their own progress toward their degree requirements with the
assistance of their Degree Works profile.
Important Reminders — graduation requirements:
1. General education course requirements should be completed by the beginning of your
junior year.
2. A minimum of 120 overall credits with at least 45 upper-level credits are required
to graduate.
Upper-level courses are numbered in the 300–400 series (300 thru 499).
3. To acquire this degree four courses require a grade of “C” or better — CMM 101,
CMM 118, CMM 288, and CMM 333 or CMM 335.
(CMM 333 or CMM 335 is the AWR—advanced writing requirement for this major).
