SUNY Plattsburgh to Promote 11 Faculty Members
Six SUNY Plattsburgh faculty members will become associate professors and five full professors effective Sept. 1.
The professors being promoted from assistant to associate are William Peters (criminal justice) and Drs. Julia Davis (counselor education), Kurtis Hagen (philosophy), Razvan Pascalau (economics and finance), Edward Sturman (psychology) and David Iasevoli (teacher education).
Those being promoted to full professor are Kim Hartshorn (Department of Theatre chair), Shawn Murphy (Department of Journalism chair), Drs. Tracie Church Guzzio (English), Chuo-Hsuan “Jason” Lee (accounting) and Peggy Snowden (teacher education).
