Chamber Music Concert Features Faculty, Guest Artists April 1 and 2
The mixed-instrument chamber music ensemble, Metamusic, consisting of SUNY Plattsburgh faculty members and guest artists, will present a free program Saturday, April 1 at 7:30 p.m. in Krinovitz Recital Hall, Hawkins Hall and again Sunday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Plattsburgh, 4 Palmer St.
The ensemble’s core trio, Daniel Gordon, saxophone, Marilyn Reynolds, violin, and Rose Chancler, piano, will perform works by Bartok, Martinu and others with guest artists Esther Rogers Baker, cello, and faculty member clarinetist Janine Scherline.
