Alumni Return to Talk About Careers in Communications, TV, Radio and Law
“Career Advice in Communication, Television, Law and Radio” will be the topic 3 p.m., Friday, April 19, when SUNY Plattsburgh's Department of Communication Studies hosts a panel of alumni who are experts in those fields.
The forum will take place in Room 202, Yokum Lecture Hall, and will feature alumni Chris Engel '01, sports director from WPDM/WSNN Radio; Chris Impomeni '93, director of on-air promotion with the MLB Network; Chris Rooney '94, digital medial manager with WNYT-TV; Lori Ann LaRocco '92, on-air producer with CNBC; Suzanne Lumerman Rosenthal, senior director of human resources with Viacom; Kim Grabina Como, manager with NBC News Partnership; and Glenn Suddaby, U.S. federal judge, northern district of New York.
All seven are also members of the department’s Alumni Advisory Board and will be meeting with faculty beginning at 5 p.m. in Meeting Room 1, Angell College Center.
