Adjunct Lecturer, Yoga Instructor Discusses Her Training in India
Dr. Patricia DeRocher, adjunct lecturer in the Gender and Women’s Studies program and assistant professor of English at SUNY Adirondack, will talk about her experiences at a Hindu ashram in India Tuesday, March 8 at 12:30 p.m. in the Alumni Conference Room, Angell College Center.
DeRocher, an aspiring yogi and newly certified Bhakti yoga instructor, will discuss “Feminine Perspectives from Yoga Teacher Training at the Govardhan Ecovillage, India.”
