Pay Your Deposit

After you are accepted, you have until the deadline date indicated in your acceptance letter to pay your $250 deposit ($25 for EOP students).

Friday, June 24 through Wednesday, July 6

Due to a fiscal year shutdown, accepted students are not able to pay deposits online or via phone from Friday, June 24 through Wednesday, July 6.  During this time, accepted students can mail a check* made payable to “SUNY Plattsburgh” to:

*Note that deposits paid via check will not be posted until after the fiscal year shutdown is complete.

Alternatively, you can contact the admissions office to find out if you qualify for a waiver of your deposit.

  1. Login to your Admissions portal
  2. Click on “Pay Enrollment Deposit”
  3. Follow the instructions to pay the deposit online

Send a check with the student’s name, date of birth and the deposit amount to:
