Accessibility Day
Join us for a crash course on ADA compliance. Learn how to convert and create accessible course materials that meet the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II requirements.
The Center for Instructional and Program Innovation, in collaboration with the Faculty Senate and Accessibility Resources Office, invites you to join us for Accessibility Day on January 12 and help our campus meet our ADA compliance goals
Accessibility is not just about compliance, it is about compassion and understanding that not every learner can access course materials in the same way and may need additional support that is vital to their ability to succeed. The day’s lineup is geared to provide faculty and staff with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and maintain accessible course material for the Spring 2026 semester and beyond.
All employees who participate in the day will receive a certificate and be entered into a raffle.
