Compliance Program
The Center for Neurobehavioral Health (Center) at the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Plattsburgh, which is supported by contracts and grants with The Research Foundation for the SUNY, is committed to providing high quality services with honesty, integrity, and accountability, and in compliance with all applicable federal and state rules and regulations.
The primary purpose of the compliance program is to make a sincere effort to prevent,
detect, and correct any fraud, waste, and abuse in the center in connection with federally
and state-funded health care programs, as well as private health plans.
