Ethics and Compliance Reporting
The Center for Neurobehavioral Health (Center) at State University of New York (SUNY) College at Plattsburgh is committed to providing high quality services with honesty, integrity, and accountability, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. It is our policy that all employees, volunteers, and contractors promptly report any known or suspected fraud or irregularities involving SUNY or SUNY Research Foundation affiliated funds, resources, property, or employees.
Generally, an individual may discuss the concern directly with a Supervisor; however, if the individual is not comfortable speaking with the Supervisor or the individual is not satisfied with the Supervisor’s response, the individual may report the concern to the Center’s designated Compliance Officer, a Director, or any of the confidential fraud hotlines.
