Winter Session Begins Jan. 2, 2004
PLATTSBURGH, NY __Winter Session at Plattsburgh State University of New York provides
special and exciting learning opportunities for students of all ages.
With more than 40 courses offered during Winter Session 2004, students can take General Education courses, improve skills in winter sports, learn unique skills and make progress toward a degree. Winter Courses are scheduled in a variety of ways, allowing students to take one or more courses.
There are a wide variety of courses offered during Winter Session. The following is just a small sample of the offerings: World Literature Translation, Nutrition & Well-Being, Hospitality Law, Zen Therapy, Global Positioning/ Digital Mapping, Introduction to Wines, Yoga: Philosophy and Practice, Hatha Yoga, Jazz History, Ski and Culture, Wilderness First Responder and Intro to Ice Climbing.
Winter Session begins on Jan. 2, 2004 and runs through Jan. 25, 2004. The last day to add a Winter Session course is Jan. 2. Banner registration for courses is open through Dec. 30.
