Vietnamese Student Association Sponsors Food Festival
SUNY Plattsburgh’s Vietnamese Student Association, V-Nation, will host the “V-Nation Food Festival,” a buffet of authentic Vietnamese dishes, Saturday, March 24 beginning at 6 p.m. in Algonquin Dining Hall.
Offerings will include beef noodle soup, sweet and sour baby pork ribs, papaya salad, spring rolls and a sticky rice pudding. Vegetarian alternatives will also be available.
Tickets, available at the Angell College Center desk or at tickets.plattsburgh.edu, are $6 for Student Association members, $8 general admission and $4 for children.
