State, Federal Representatives to Meet with Students
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Feb. 16, 2009) - The Student Association at SUNY Plattsburgh will host three separate campus forums this week on state and federal issues.
State Senator Betty Little (R-45th Senate District) will meet with students on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 6 p.m. in the Cardinal Lounge, Angell College Center to speak to the campus community regarding SUNY tuition and other topic affecting students.
State Assemblywoman Janet Duprey (R-114th Assembly District) has accepted an invitation on behalf of the Student Association to speak with students on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m.
Finally, on Friday, Feb. 20, Mike Holland, legislative director for Representative John McHugh (R-23rd Congressional District), will meet with students at 12 p.m.
All three forums take place in the Cardinal Lounge of the Angell College Center on campus.
