Residents of Meadowbrook Prepare for Senior Prom
PLATTSBURGH, NY __ Residents of Meadowbrook Healthcare are preparing for their senior
prom. Members of the Inter-Sorority Association (ISA) at the State University of New
York College at Plattsburgh will hold "A Night Under the Stars" on Sunday, Nov. 13
from 3 to 5 p.m. at Meadowbrook.
Members of the ISA will be setting up decorations and helping the elder ladies of the care facility to pick out dresses for their prom party. Once the ladies are ready, ISA and Inter-Fraternity Council members will escort the Meadowbrook residents to a dance and dinner.
"A Night Under the Stars will be a memorable night for everyone involved," said Sarina Cooper, a senior nursing major from Cairo, N.Y., and president of the ISA. "All the hard work and planning will prove to be well worth it to see the residents of Meadowbrook smile."
