Online Information Sessions for Prospective Students Scheduled
More than a dozen online information sessions will be held in the coming weeks for students who are interested in SUNY Plattsburgh but who may not be able to make an in-person visit during open house events.
Sessions on financial aid, housing, the Educational Opportunity Program, first-generation and transfer students, and general admissions are offered where students can learn about academic and student life, the Plattsburgh region, admissions requirements and steps to take to apply, financial aid and more.
General online admissions presentations, which include live Q&A panel sessions with students, are being offered on the following Wednesdays:
•Feb. 7
•March 7
•April 4
Transfer online admissions presentations, with live Q&A sessions featuring transfer advisers, are being offered on the following Fridays:
•Feb. 2
•March 2
•April 13
Financial aid online sessions, which include Q&A discussions with Kerry Lubold, financial aid associate director, are being offered on the following Tuesdays:
•Jan. 30
•Feb. 27
•March 27
Housing online sessions, which include live Q&A presentations with Assistant Director of Housing Trisha Pellerin, are being held on the following Tuesdays:
•Feb. 20
•March 20
An Educational Opportunity Program online session, which includes going behind the scenes with EOP staff and currently enrolled students and a Q&A with Director Kyla Relaford, will be held Tuesday, March 6.
And a first-generation online information session with admissions advisers will be held Tuesday, Feb. 13.
All sessions begin at 6 p.m.
