New Faculty, Staff Lounge Opens in Feinberg Library

President Alexander Enyedi welcomed faculty and staff to the campus’ new faculty/staff lounge during a reception Monday afternoon in Feinberg Library.

The lounge, located in Room 335 on the third floor in the southwest corner of the third floor of the library, is equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable furniture for relaxing, working and eating. It also has access to an outdoor balcony and large windows overlooking campus.

“I am absolutely delighted to have this space,” Enyedi said to about 30 who turned out. “It’s a wonderful, welcoming space for faculty and staff fellowship and interaction away from the busy campus environment.”

The lounge will be open during all library hours including weekends. Visitors are asked to keep the space clean, dispose of trash, and contribute to shared items like coffee and paper products.
