'Feed the Bird' Campaign Looking for Final Donors as it Draws to a Close
With 15 days left in SUNY Plattsburgh's 'Feed the Bird' campaign, the tally of new alumni donors is up to 3,646, leaving 619 remaining until the college reaches its goal of 4,265.
'Feed the Bird' is a challenge designed to raise money for student support and to raise awareness about the importance of alumni participation, said Emma Bartscherer, assistant director for annual giving. Because tuition doesn't cover the entire cost of a SUNY Plattsburgh education, we ask alumni to help students by making a gift to their preferred academic program or department.
"Small gifts go a long way when added to others within the alumni community and help provide scholarships, enhance student programming, and maintain access and affordability."
