College Night for High School Students Slated for Oct. 7 at Field House
The SUNY Plattsburgh Office of Admissions will host the annual fall College Night Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Plattsburgh State Field House.
Representatives from more than 200 colleges and universities will be on hand to answer prospective college students’ questions. Local high school guidance counselors will also be on hand to answer questions and to help access information about colleges that are not represented at the event.
Students will come away with information about admissions requirements, scholarships, academic programs of student, financial aid, athletics, and college costs. Recruitment materials, such as view books and catalogs, will be available as well. This event draws more than 2,000 visitors from Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties annually.
