College Auxiliary Services Offers Two New Online Courses
SUNY Plattsburgh’s College Auxiliary Services is offering two new non-credit online courses, Teaching Students with ADHD and Differentiating K-12 Assessments.
In Teaching Students with ADHD, participants will learn strategies for helping children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder succeed in school. Participants in Differentiating K-12 Assessments will discover how to identify and share learning goals, gather assessment data, adjust their instruction and provide feedback to learners.
Offered through ed2go, both courses are part of a catalog of more than 300 instructor-facilitated online programs through which students are able to interact with instructors as well as fellow students. Students have flexibility to study at their own pace combined with enough structure and support to help them complete the course.
New sessions run every month, last six weeks and are entirely Web-based, with comprehensive lessons, quizzes and assignments.
