Cardinal Callers Kick Off New Semester of Calling
You may have heard of them. You may be hearing from them. The SUNY Plattsburgh Cardinal Callers hit the phones for the Spring 2015 Phonathon beginning tonight.
Phonathon is a vital component of SUNY Plattsburgh's annual giving program, in which callers help manage the operation — calling alumni and other friends of the college. The position, a part-time, paid gig, assumes several rewarding responsibilities in an interactive, fast-paced environment. Opportunities for advancement are possible.
Our callers represent an array of majors, and they join Phonathon to gain customer-service skills and raise funds for the Plattsburgh College Foundation, which provides scholarships and other key support for current and future students.
