Black Student Organization Hosts Culture Event
SUNY Plattsburgh’s Black Student Union, AKEBA, will host “Profiting Off Black Culture,” on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 7 p.m. in the Amnesty Room of the Angell College Center.
The event will focus on how black culture has created styles and influences such as “twerking,” rap, and hip-hop, among many others.
