1970 Kent State, Jackson State Shootings Remembered by Student Who Was There
This year's Kent State/Jackson State commemoration at SUNY Plattsburgh will feature one of the students wounded in the 1970 Kent State incident.
Alan Canfora, who was shot in the right wrist by National Guard members while he was protesting the invasion of Cambodia, will speak at the vigil, which starts at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, May 1, on the front lawn of the Kehoe Administration Building.
