Youth Cross Country Camp Being Offered at SUNY Plattsburgh Aug. 7-11
A cross country camp will be held for students grades 7-12 Monday, Aug. 7 through Friday, Aug. 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at Memorial Hall Field.
SUNY Plattsburgh Cross Country Head Coach Andrew Krug will work with campers on running, technique, nutrition, recovering, stretching and more. Cost is $120 per camper.
